RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@starshotcopper.com so we can resolve the issue.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
